The bathroom was not cleaned for the next person, sink was dirty and toilet had feces on the lid. There was hair from gentials in my bed, really gross. When traveling a simple comfort of a microwave to warm your food is a small accommodation for your weary guest.
I noticed the elevators were cleaned quite often for the guest, you can do the same for a microwave in the lobby. A microwave in the lobby would he this concern. My 74 year old mother had to eat cold food due to no microwave in the rooms. Hotel really needs a deep cleaning on the carpets in guest rooms and attention to the minor repairs inside the rooms.
